I found that this section had too much stuffed into it – I got a bit confused.
The verbs can be a little confusing. What did you find particularly confusing?
What is the difference between enviar and mandar please?
Mandar can mean a few things; to send out, to send somebody to do something, or to send something to be done.
Mandei o meu marido comprar leite – I sent my husband to buy milk
Mandei lavar o carro – I sent my car to get washed / I got my car washed (by somebody)
It can also mean to send an email or a letter.
Enviar is used more just for sending mail etc..
Vou enviar esta encomenda para a França – I am going to send this parcel to France
P.s. Did you find this section less confusing the second time around?
