Wouldn’t this be muita?
‘O Pescador’ onde a comida é sempre muito boa.
No, this is a common native speaker mistake 🙂 Muito – very, is an adverb, the gender never changes. When used as an adjective, the gender changes to match the object it’s modifying.
Adverb
Ela é muito alta – she is very tall
Esta casa é muito bonita – this house is very pretty
Adjective
Ela tem muitas amigas – she has a lot of friends.
Ele tem muitos carros – he has a lot of cars
So we use the later with regard to quantity and not quality. If you think of it like that it makes it easier 🙂
Hi Amanda,
I’m confused because the transcript for this lesson is only in English. Was that intentional?
Steve
Hi Steve I think it may be the settings on Your computer. I have the transcript in both Portuguese and English. Maybe your computer or phone it translating automatically.I sent you an email with a screen shot.
